He’s a physical trainer with degrees in sport exercise management and a break-out chef for Master Chef Australia. His book is Dude Food: A Guy’s Guide to Cooking Kick-Ass Food. He’ll talk about what to eat before and after a workout, when you have a hangover and how toget out of the doghouse.
